Intelligent, pragmatic and proactive hands-on support

We have been using Debbie Woollams as a HR Consultant in NZ for approximately four years. Debbie understands implicitly the needs of our business and what our overarching operational goals are as she took the time to understand who we are, what we do and our business vision and philosophy. With Debbie providing intelligent, pragmatic and proactive hands-on support and guidance to our NZ operations I know the business is in exceptionally safe hands and I can trust her absolutely to achieve positive outcomes.

Providing a most effective solution

Having a Human Resource solution committed to knowing and understanding our business is key.  Debbie and her team at proHR provide just that and more, nothing is too much trouble and everything is managed on time and with a detailed explanation to assist in implementation of all our HR needs. This service has allowed MMJ Projects to be in the best position to provide effective HR for all our staff.
- Martin Kelly, Director at MMJ Projects

Vital to the success of transition

Debbie is a highly professional, pragmatic, and experienced HR practitioner who I had the pleasure of working with. She was engaged to assist in the start-up of a New Zealand division for an Australian company. This was a fast transition with limited lead times, large recruitment numbers in a tight market, and strict deadlines for sites spread across both North and South Islands. Debbie was vital to the success of this transition; her organisational skills, knowledge and relationships with the union and other key stakeholders, her ability to quickly build rapport with client representatives, and her calm and empathetic approach to managing recruitment and employee matters, meant that she was trusted to lead the transition process, with the support of the Australian People and Culture team. If (when) my business expands to New Zealand, I will look to Debbie for local collaboration opportunities.
